• Handled Revision petition, before his Lordships Justice Vaman Rao, reported in 2001(4) ALT 371, regarding the maintainability of the counter at the stage of revision.
• The matter reported in Banking and Financial matter regarding Co-operative Banks, reported in 2005 (4) ALD 582 (FB)
• Handled Batch of Company petitions filed representing Gujarat Glass filed before Hon’ble High Court of AP at Hyderabad.
• Appeared for Maharashtra Apex Corporation in the High Court of AP at Hyderabad.
• Appeared for National Textiles Corporation and its group of Mills i.e., Azam Jahi Mills, Tirupathi Cotton Mills, Natraj Spinning Mills, MSK Mills, Adoni Cotton Mills, Mahaboob Shahi Mills, Gulbarga Mills, etc., before Hon’ble High Court of AP at Hyderabad.
• Writ Petition filed on behalf of National Textiles for eviction of the premises which was occupied by 57 persons and the same was evicted in view of the High Court orders.
• Handled Land Acquisition matters, Batch of Appeals, against the Nuclear Fuel Complex-Department of Atomic Energy at Hyderabad for enhancement of compensation, in respect of a village named Bakshiguda, ECIL. The compensation was enhanced to 25% over and above, the Compensation awarded by the Civil Court.
• Handled matters related to Constitutional Law, Service and Administrative Law, Insurance Matters, Education, Consumer, Civil disputes involving Recovery, Title, Transfer of Property, Rent Control, Land Acquisition, Negotiable Instruments Act, Civil matters and Revenue matters
• Drafted Writ petitions, all kinds of civil suits, prepared deeds, Legal Notices and representations.
• Worked with the Law Firm in Begumpet, Hyderabad headed by Mrs. Shireen Bharia, for a period of 2 years as an In-house Legal Consultant and handled all types of litigation matters before the High Court and subordinate courts. Assisted in an internet Project.
• Scrutiny and verification of property documents and preparing legal opinions.
• Drafting and vetting of contracts & agreements related to real estate such as Sales Deed, Agreement to Sell, Deed of Assignment, Power of Attorney, Indemnity Bond, Mortgage Deed, MOU’s, Joint Development Agreements and other company related documents.
